Your team's brain, on Telegram.
Every teammate gets a personal AI assistant. Decisions, project details, server info, and the things you discover get remembered automatically — so the next person who asks doesn't have to start from scratch. Personal stuff stays personal.
Getting started
1.
Create your own Telegram bot. On Telegram, message @BotFather and send /newbot. Pick any name and a username (it has to end in bot). BotFather will give you a long token — copy it.
2.
Get your Telegram ID. Message @userinfobot. It replies with a number — that's your ID.
3.
Send your admin three things: your work email, your Telegram ID (from step 2), and the bot token (from step 1). They'll set you up.
4.
Start chatting. Once your admin confirms, message your bot anything — questions, work updates, decisions you've made. It uses what your team already knows to give better answers, and it remembers what you tell it for later.
5.
Connect your Gmail (optional). Send your bot /gmail. It'll reply with a link. Click it, sign into your Google account, and from then on your sent emails get summarised into the team brain too. Read-only — we never look at your inbox.
6.
Manage things from the web. Send your bot /me. It replies with a one-time link to a personal dashboard where you can browse, edit, and delete what's been saved. The link expires in 10 minutes; the resulting browser session also expires in 10 minutes. Run /me any time you need a fresh one.
What you can ask your bot
/meopen your personal web dashboard (10-minute link)
/donesave this conversation right now (otherwise it auto-saves after a minute of silence)
/recentshow the last 10 things saved for you
/forget <text>delete saved items matching the text
/private <id>make a saved item private (use the id shown by /recent)
/gmailconnect your Gmail (read-only, sent only)
/helpshow this list inside Telegram
What's private, what's shared
Stays only on your bot: personal preferences (how you like things done), personal context (anything about you, your family, your compensation), and any rules you set for your bot.
Shared with teammates: projects, decisions, server and configuration info, workflows, and lessons learned — the kinds of things any teammate would benefit from knowing. You can flip any saved item to private with /private at any time.
